The dining room sits at the heart of the open layout. It features a bright wooden dining table that overlooks the pool and the garden, seamlessly connecting the living room, the kitchen, and the lounge area on the spacious covered terrace that extends from the house. The kitchen’s large island provides extra space for enjoying drinks or meals, with a coffee bar and fridge conveniently accessible from all guest rooms.

LIVING ROOM

Thanks to the open layout, the living room flows effortlessly from the dining area, directly connecting to the terrace and poolside. A large Smart TV can be enjoyed from the cozy seating area, and there’s ample space to enjoy good company or a book from the in-house library. Board games and children’s toys are also available.

GARDEN

The stylish house is surrounded by a beautifully designed tropical garden with a variety of plants. The garden features many shades of green, with soft, fine grass in the open spaces between the trees and the entrance. The property is named after the majestic Banyan Tree, which stands like a crown jewel in the center of the garden. The expansive lawn offers plenty of space for kids to run around and play. The large saltwater pool is a focal point, with maintenance provided every other weekday to ensure optimal water quality.

BEDROOMS

The villa boasts four bedrooms on the first floor. At the end of the upstairs corridor, you’ll find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, flooded with natural light from windows on both sides. Two middle rooms—a double bedroom and a twin bedroom—share a Jack & Jill bathroom with a dedicated sink for each room. The fourth bedroom is another double room with an ensuite bathroom. Every room offers picturesque views of the garden and the lush greenery surrounding the neighboring Angkor Golf course. From the bright corridor, you can access the rooftop terrace, where beautiful sunsets can be admired.

Guest Access

The entire property, including the house, garden, and saltwater pool, is available for guests to access, except for the concierge house. Cameras are positioned at the back of the garden and at the entrance for added security.

Other Details to Note

Guests can rent the Athakon boat for a sunset trip to Tonle Sap at $250 for a round trip. This includes the captain, fuel, transport to and from the boat station, and entrance fees. The safety of children is entirely the responsibility of parents. Soft drinks and beer are available for purchase from the fridge. There are also menus available for ice cream, wine, cigars, and massages at the villa.
