Villa Tirta Nila is situated in the peaceful beach area of Mendira, in a small village called Sengkidu, only 3 kilometers from the center of Candidasa. You can safely enjoy swimming and snorkeling nearby, while being just one kilometer away from restaurants and souvenir shops in Candidasa. It’s the perfect place for all the activities you desire. The villa consists of three adjacent pavilions housing four bedrooms spread over two levels.

The main pavilion features a living/dining area, a media room, and two kitchens. A well-maintained lawn extends to the infinity pool and terrace, while stairs lead to an outdoor dining pavilion by the water’s edge, offering stunning sea views. You can also enjoy an artificial beach with a relaxation pavilion featuring a seaside terrace and steps leading into the water.

The two main bedrooms are located next to the living area, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, both offering sea views. The other two bedrooms are situated at the back of the property, also providing sea views.

The villa boasts a unique design with two distinct living spaces: an indoor living area with the possibility to close and open the facades with air conditioning, and an outdoor living space facing the pool, offering spectacular ocean views. The dining area can accommodate up to 10 people. Additionally, the four luxurious bedrooms each have their own character and charm, with en-suite bathrooms, outdoor showers, and high-quality linens for your ultimate comfort.
